2. Products & Condition

DXB Gadgets sells new and pre-owned electronic devices, including smartphones and related accessories.

All pre-owned devices listed on our website are:

• Professionally tested and verified

• Factory reset

• Network unlocked

• Listed only after meeting our quality standards

Devices may be categorized into condition grades such as Like New, Good, or Fair, which describe cosmetic condition only and do not affect the device’s functionality.

3. Pricing & Currency

• Prices are displayed in AED for UAE customers

• International customers may see prices in their local currency

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

DXB Gadgets reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if necessary.

4. Orders & Acceptance

• Customers may place orders with or without creating an account

• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance

• We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected misuse

5. Payments

Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Credit / Debit Cards (available from 10th March)

• Apple Pay & Google Pay (available from 10th March)

• Tabby & Tamara (available from 10th March)

All online payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateways. DXB Gadgets does not store card or payment details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Free delivery: Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah

• Paid delivery: COD and standard shipping

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary

DXB Gadgets is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Warranty

Pre-owned devices include a limited warranty of 30–40 days, covering functional defects not caused by customer misuse.

Warranty does not cover:

• Battery wear or degradation

• Water or liquid damage

• Accidental or physical damage

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy and Refund Policy, available separately on our website. Customers are advised to review these policies before making a purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

DXB Gadgets shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our website.
