1. Warranty Coverage

DXB Gadgets provides a limited warranty on pre-owned devices only.

  • Warranty duration: 30 to 40 days from the date of delivery

  • Warranty applies only to functional or manufacturing defects

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser

New devices are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.


2. What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Hardware or functional issues present under normal usage

  • Defects that were not caused by customer handling or misuse

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by our technical team.


3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Battery wear, battery life, or battery degradation

  • Accidental, physical, or cosmetic damage

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Damage caused by improper use or negligence

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or software tampering

  • Normal wear and tear over time


4. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact DXB Gadgets support within the warranty period

  2. Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue

  3. Return the product for inspection if requested

DXB Gadgets will evaluate the device and determine the appropriate resolution.


5. Warranty Resolution

If a valid warranty claim is approved, DXB Gadgets may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the device

  • Replace the device with an equivalent product

  • Issue a refund, as per our Refund Policy


6. Shipping & Handling

  • Warranty return shipping may be covered by DXB Gadgets or the customer, depending on the issue

  • Customers are responsible for safe packaging during return shipping


7. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes void if:

  • The device is physically or liquid damaged

  • The device has been opened or repaired by an unauthorized party

  • The warranty period has expired


8. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to the terms stated above. DXB Gadgets does not provide any additional warranties, express or implied, beyond what is mentioned in this policy.
