At DXB Gadgets, we want our customers to shop with confidence. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned after purchase from dxbgadgets.ae or dxbgadgets.com.


1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery

  • The product is in its original condition

  • The product includes the original box and all accessories

  • The device has not been physically damaged, misused, or tampered with


2. Change of Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns:

  • The product must not be opened or used

  • Packaging must be intact and in resale condition

  • Delivery and service charges are non-refundable

DXB Gadgets reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Defective or Faulty Products

If a product develops a technical issue within 30 days of delivery:

  • The issue must not be caused by customer misuse

  • The product will be inspected by our technical team

  • Upon verification, the product may be returned or refunded

In such cases, DXB Gadgets may arrange a free return, however delivery charges may still apply depending on the situation.


4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged due to customer handling

  • There is water, liquid, or physical damage

  • The product has been opened for change-of-mind returns

  • Original box or accessories are missing

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are found


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping may be covered by DXB Gadgets or the customer, depending on the reason for return

  • Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product during return shipping


6. Inspection Process

All returned products undergo a quality inspection before approval. DXB Gadgets reserves the right to reject returns that fail inspection.


7. Policy Abuse

DXB Gadgets reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who repeatedly violate or misuse the return policy.
